Terms and Conditions of Sale

In effect as of March 1, 2026

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “Terms”) govern all sales made through the inkora.art website.

The site is operated by Inkora, EI (sole proprietorship), SIRET 823 642 558 00048, RCS Nanterre, headquartered in Meudon, France (hereinafter “the Seller”).

Placing an order on the site constitutes unreserved acceptance of these Terms by the customer (hereinafter “the Customer”).

Article 1 — Objet

The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights and obligations of both parties in connection with online sales of products offered by the Seller to the Customer via the inkora.art website.

The products offered for sale are printed artworks, including posters, art prints, canvas prints, and other artistic printing media.

Article 2 — Produits

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, product photographs are not contractually binding and shall not engage the Seller’s liability in the event of minor differences from the delivered product (slight color variations due to screen settings or the printing process).

Products are made to order (print on demand) and shipped by our production partner Printify and its printing providers.

Article 3 — Prix

Product prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT), including VAT at the applicable rate (20%).

The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Delivery costs are not included in the product price and are shown separately before final order confirmation.

Article 4 — Commande

The Customer places an order on the inkora.art website by following this process:

  1. Product selection: the Customer adds the desired items to their cart.
  2. Cart review: the Customer checks the contents, quantities, and prices.
  3. Identification: the Customer logs in, creates an account, or checks out as a guest.
  4. Delivery choice: the Customer selects the delivery method and provides an address.
  5. Payment: the Customer chooses a payment method and completes payment.
  6. Confirmation: the Customer receives a confirmation email summarizing the order.

The sale is considered final upon email confirmation. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order for a legitimate reason (unavailability, obvious pricing error, suspected fraud).

Article 5 — Paiement

Payment is made online at the time of order. Accepted payment methods are:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, CB) via the secure Stripe platform
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay via Stripe

Payment is secured by the Stripe platform, compliant with PCI-DSS standards. Klarna (installment payment) is also available. At no point does the Seller have access to the Customer’s banking information. Banking data is not stored by Inkora.

Article 6 — Livraison

Zone de livraison : Mainland France and the European Union (subject to availability).

Delivery times: Since products are made to order, the timeframe includes a production time of 2 to 5 business days, followed by a shipping time of 3 to 8 business days. Total delivery time is therefore 5 to 13 business days from order confirmation. These timeframes are provided for guidance only.

Products are manufactured and shipped by Printify’s printing partners, located within the European Union or internationally depending on the product ordered.

Suivi de commande : A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the package ships.

In the event of a delivery delay of more than 30 days beyond the estimated date, the Customer may cancel the order and obtain a full refund.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 jours calendaires from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason or pay any penalty.

EXCEPTION — Personalized products (Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code):
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are custom-made or clearly personalized according to the Customer’s specifications.

For standard (non-personalized) products:

Withdrawal procedure:

  1. The Customer notifies the Seller by email at contact@inkora.art indicating their order number and the products concerned.
  2. The Seller confirms receipt and provides return instructions.
  3. The Customer returns the products in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition, within 14 days.
  4. Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility.

Remboursement : within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method as the original order.

Article 8 — Legal warranties

Legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code): the Seller must deliver a product that conforms to the contract. The Customer has 24 months from delivery of the item to take action.

Legal warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code): the Customer may request cancellation of the sale if the product has a hidden defect that makes it unfit for its intended use.

Article 9 — After-sales service

Article 10 — Liability

The Seller cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of purchased products.

The Seller cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure as defined by Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.

Print colors may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to differences between display and printing technologies. Such variations do not constitute a defect in conformity.

Article 11 — Intellectual property

All artworks offered on inkora.art are protected by copyright. Purchasing a product grants the Customer the right to personal use of the physical print acquired. It grants no right to reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit the artwork.

Article 12 — Data protection

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Article 13 — Mediation and dispute resolution

Amicable resolution: the Customer is invited to contact customer service at contact@inkora.art.

Mediation: in accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may make free use of a consumer mediator. European Commission online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Competent jurisdiction: failing an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts in accordance with French law.

Article 14 — Droit applicable

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
